How much does it cost to sell my home with AXEN?

You and your agent agree on the commission in writing before you list. Commission is always negotiable. AXEN charges its agents a flat fee instead of a large split, so more of what you pay stays with the agent working for you.

Does it cost anything to buy a home with an AXEN agent?

Talking to an agent and searching homes is free. How your buyer's agent is paid is agreed with you in writing before you tour. Your agent will explain every option, including asking the seller to pay it.

Do I have to use AXEN's lender or title company?

No. You can use any lender, title company, insurer or home warranty you want. Ask your agent for the written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure before you choose.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

Use our free home value tool at axenrealty.com/evaluation. For an exact price, an AXEN agent will review recent sales on your street and give you a written price range. There is no cost.

How is AXEN different for real estate agents?
