Find a real estate agent near you

Browse the AXEN agents below. Every one is licensed in their state and backed by a managing broker and a deal team that runs the paperwork.

Before you pick

How to choose the right agent

Talk to two or three. Ask the same questions. Pick the one who answers clearly and fast.

  1. Local sales. How many homes have you sold near me in the last year?
  2. The plan. How will you price, market or find my home? Get it in writing.
  3. The cost. What do you charge, and what does it cover? It is negotiable and must be in a written agreement.
  4. Speed. How fast will you call or text me back?
  5. Reviews. Can I talk to a recent client?
What you get

What your AXEN agent does for you

One local agent runs your whole move. You get one person to call, start to finish.

If you are buying: your agent sets up your home search, tours homes with you, tells you what similar homes sold for, writes your offer and walks you through the inspection, earnest money and closing.

If you are selling: your agent prices your home from recent sales, preps it, markets it, handles showings, compares offers and keeps the deal on track. See the home selling guide.

If you need a loan: your agent can connect you with a loan officer early, so you shop with a real budget. You can use any lender you want.

Questions about hiring an agent

How do I find a good real estate agent?

Interview two or three local agents. Ask how many homes they sold near you last year, what their plan is, what they charge and how fast they respond. Pick the one who answers clearly.

How much does a real estate agent cost?

Agent fees are not set by law and are always negotiable. What you pay, and what it covers, must be written in your agreement with the agent before they start working for you.

Does it cost anything to talk to an AXEN agent?

No. Talking with an AXEN agent about buying or selling is free. You only sign an agreement when you decide to work together.

Can an AXEN agent help me in another state?

Yes. AXEN agents refer clients to other AXEN agents who are licensed where you are moving.

What is the difference between a real estate agent and a broker?

A broker has more training and a higher license, and can run a brokerage. Agents work under a broker. Every AXEN agent works under a licensed managing broker in their state.
