A managing broker is the licensed broker in a state who supervises the agents and deals in that state. They review contracts, handle compliance questions and hold the firm's license.
How do I check an AXEN Realty license?

Why do some states list two AXEN firms?
AXEN Realty, LLC and AXEN Realty Partners, LLC are separate licensed firms. In a few states both are licensed, each with its own managing broker.
