The math

What a year looks like

Take what you closed last year. Add up what your broker kept. That number is the whole conversation.

$500 a closingOn the Pro plan. $250 when the commission is under $2,500. Nothing under $1,000.
$6,000 capHit it and you keep every dollar for the rest of the year. $12,000 cap on Elite.
$0 splitNo percentage off the top. Not before the cap, not after.
Free TCA transaction coordinator on every deal. Many brokers charge $300–$500 a file for that.

Plus a $295 admin fee per file and a $50 a month platform fee (pay monthly, yearly, or from your first closing). That is the whole fee schedule.

Questions agents ask before they join

How much does AXEN Realty charge agents?

On the Pro plan, $500 per closing ($250 when the commission is under $2,500, nothing under $1,000), capped at $6,000 a year. The Elite plan is $1,000 per closing, capped at $12,000. There is also a $295 admin fee per file and a $50 a month platform fee. There is no commission split.

Is AXEN Realty a 100% commission brokerage?

Yes. AXEN takes no percentage of your commission. You pay a flat fee per closing until you reach your yearly cap, then nothing more for the rest of the year.

Do I have to use AXEN's lender, title or insurance company?

No. AXEN has affiliated mortgage, title and insurance companies, but your clients can use anyone they choose.

How does revenue share work at AXEN?

When agents you bring to AXEN close deals, you earn revenue share, up to five levels deep. AXEN keeps none of it. What you earn depends on your plan and on the agents you bring; it is not a promise of income.

How long does it take to move my license to AXEN?

The paperwork on your end takes about 20 minutes. Your state board and your current broker set the timing on your license and any pending deals. We walk you through your state's steps.

Can I look before I join?

Yes. Open the AXEN portal for free with no card, run your real numbers, and see every tool. Nothing is charged until your license is active with AXEN.

AXEN charges a flat fee per closing ($500 on the Pro plan; less on smaller deals) that caps at $6,000 a year, $12,000 on the Elite plan, plus a $295 per-file admin fee and a $50 a month platform fee. No commission split. Revenue share and equity depend on plan and participation. Earnings examples are illustrations, not guarantees; your income depends on your own sales. Using AXEN's affiliated mortgage, title or insurance companies is never required.
