Quick answers

How do I learn about AXEN Realty?

Walk the 8 steps on this page, in order. Start with AXEN on one page (about 3 minutes). Then see the pay plans, run your own numbers and watch the full presentation. When you're ready, join a live call or sign up.

What does it cost to join AXEN Realty?

It's $0 to sign up, and nothing is charged until your license is active with AXEN. After that there's no split. Pro is $500 a closing, capped at $6,000 a year. Elite is $1,000 a closing, capped at $12,000 a year. Every sale also has a $295 admin fee, even after you cap. The platform fee is $50 a month. Step 2 shows it all.

What about small deals, leases and referrals?

A sale under $2,500 of commission costs 10% of the commission instead of $500 or $1,000, plus the $295 admin fee. Leases, rentals and referrals cost 10% of the commission, max $500 on Pro or $1,000 on Elite, plus a $50 admin fee. All of it counts toward your cap.

Does AXEN Realty take a commission split?

No. You pay a flat file fee per closing until you hit your cap. Then the file fee stops for the rest of your cap year. Step 3 shows what you'd keep, on your own numbers.

Does AXEN Realty have revenue share?

Yes. Rev share is paid 5 levels deep, and there's no quota to unlock a level. It is not a promise of income. Step 5 covers it, and the rev share calculator shows it level by level.

Do I get help with my deals?

Yes. There's a Deal Desk coordinator on every sale. Step 5 shows everything that comes with it.
