Fathom Realty fees for agents: split, cap and every fee
Fathom Realty is a cloud brokerage owned by Fathom Holdings (Nasdaq: FTHM). It publishes two plans: EDGE, a 7% split with a $9,000 cap, and ELEVATE, an 80/20 split with concierge-level service. On 20 closings at $10,000 commission each, an agent pays about $11,755 a year at Fathom Realty on its published fees.

EDGE plan. Many AXEN agents pass the $295 admin fee to their client at closing; if you do, your AXEN total drops to $6,600. On fees alone, Fathom Realty costs less than AXEN here. What AXEN adds is a transaction coordinator on every file, which you pay for yourself at the others.
